BRAVE: Introduction to Mindfulness
In this video, our knowledgeable BRAVE team lead and counselling psychologist Jane introduces the idea of mindfulness and talks you through how it features in the BRAVE programme, what it involves, and how it might be able to support your wellbeing. Of course, not every activity will work for everyone – feel free to choose whatever is most helpful for you as the course progresses.
