Moments of Mindfulness – Three-Step Breathing
It’s not always easy to make time for yourself, especially if you feel overwhelmed or you have a lot on your mind. If that’s the case, practicing mindfulness can help you feel less stressed and more in control.
It can be hard to know where to start, but one of the most powerful tools for mindfulness is already inside you: your breath. By focusing on the breath, we can anchor ourselves in the present moment and begin to create the space we need. This very short exercise will guide you through exactly that. Any time you’re feeling stressed, your breath can help you be mindful!
