Chair Yoga for Wellbeing

This workshop consists of a taster session and two follow-up sessions, including seated and standing yoga. It’s accessible for everyone and is supportive and calming.

Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of yoga in a fully seated format, making it ideal for anyone who prefers or needs to stay off the floor. This taster session introduces you to easy movements, breath practices, and guided relaxation–all while seated in a chair.

The follow-up sessions gently build on the foundations of the taster, helping you develop confidence, improve body awareness, and explore how breath and gentle movement can bring calm and clarity.
