Understanding and Managing Stress
Everyone can get stressed, but when we experience it
frequently, it can make us feel physically and mentally tired.
This one-off workshop will explore what stress is, why we
may feel stress and how this differs person to person, and
provide some education and skills around managing our
stress. Hopefully, together, we can think about noticing
when our stress levels are increased and this workshop will
provide a space for people to share what helps them to
reduce their stress.
