Wellbeing for Women
The workshop strives to create a space for women to feel more secure when they know that they have others around them who share the goals and care about their progress. In providing a healthy sense of community spirit, which fosters loyalty, contentment, and happiness for women to gain a strong sense of belonging, and a feeling that their needs will be met through commitment to learn and grow together. Please note each session is 90 mins long.
Session one will take place from 11.30am-1pm on Weds 13th April at New Horizons.
Session two will take place from 11.30am-1pm on Weds 20th April at New Horizons.
Session three will take place from 11.30am-1pm on Weds 27th April at New Horizons.
This workshop is Face to Face at New Horizons.
