Wellbeing for Women

This four-week course offers a safe social space for women to learn from, and offer support to, other women. Expect self-care tips, funny stories and guided conversations on a range of topics all connected to our wellbeing. Please note each session is 90 mins long.

Session one will take place from 11am to 12:30pm on Thursday 3rd November at New Horizons.

Session two will take place from 11am to 12:30pm on Thursday 10th November at New Horizons.

Session three will take place from 11am to 12:30pm on Thursday 17th November at New Horizons.

Session four will take place from 11am to 12:30pm on Thursday 24th November at New Horizons.

This workshop is Face to Face at New Horizons.
