Understanding Neurodiversity: Autism

This two part workshop will explore and strengthen our understanding of Autism. In the first session we aim to develop and strengthen our understanding of Autism, whilst exploring the link to our wellbeing. In our second session, we will aim to uncover neurodiverse-friendly self-care techniques, and explore skills to help us with our everyday life management. You are also welcome to enrol if you care for someone with symptoms &/or a diagnosis, or if you feel you are experiencing symptoms
