Breathwork and Meditation/Journaling
An opportunity for you to connect with your breath and inner self. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and journaling, you will learn techniques to reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and cultivate peace. Each week will cover different aspects of these practices, providing tools to integrate them into daily life. Whether you are new or looking to deepen your experience, these sessions will offer a supportive space for you to increase self-awareness and wellbeing.
