Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness can allow us to take a breathing space from our active minds and life. Come along to an introduction to Mindfulness, where you will learn about the positive benefits to wellbeing of taking a mindful approach to life, and have an opportunity to try different approaches to being mindful.
