Wellbeing for Women
This workshop strives to create a space for women to feel more secure when they know that they have others around them who share their goals and care about their progress. In providing a healthy sense of community spirit, which fosters loyalty, contentment, and happiness for women to gain a strong sense of belonging, and a feeling that their needs will be met through commitment to learn and grow together.
