Mindfulness-Based Coaching Workshop

Mindfulness-based coaching combines mindfulness techniques with coaching principles to help you cultivate awareness, clarity, and purpose.
This approach can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Key Mindfulness-Based Coaching Techniques
→ Mindful Breathing – Focus on the present moment, observing thoughts and emotions without →judgment
→ Body Scan*: Release physical tension and cultivate body awareness
→ Locus of Control: Identify areas of control and let go of unnecessary stress
→ Values-Based Goal Setting: Align goals with core values and priorities
Self-Compassion – Practice kindness and understanding towards yourself
