Worry is a normal emotion that all humans experience, but for many of us, worrying can become an issue and can impact many areas of our lives as well as our mental health. Worry Postponement technique is an evidence-based skill that can help you take control of excessive worrying. Come along to learn what this technique is about and how you can implement it in your daily life.
