Mindfulness Workshop Taster

Our How Mindfulness Works for Me workshop is a relaxed, gentle session run by one of our Volunteer Peer Mentors, Liz. During the session, you’ll have a chance to learn about what mindfulness is, how it’s helped Liz in her recovery journey, and even have a go yourself with some simple guided practices.

We know it can be difficult to come along to a workshop when you don’t know what to expect, so Liz has very kindly put together a video to help.
