Understanding Neurodiversity: ADHD

This 2-part workshop will look at exploring and understanding ADHD, and is suitable for those who believe they may have ADHD, have a diagnosis, or if you know someone who does. We will look at how neurodiversity/ADHD is linked to wellbeing, how to help manage traits and behaviours, and cover ADHD-friendly self-care. This workshop is based around discussion as a group and individually to better understand ADHD and ourselves – so please feel free to bring as many questions as you like!
