Self-Care (Personal Care)

In this workshop, we’ll talk about some key components of self-care/personal care such as: Physical Well-being, Mental and Emotional Well-being, Social Connection, Intellectual Stimulation, Spiritual Well-being, Healthcare, and Time Management.

This group will be held from 11am to 12pm on Mon 10th June.

This workshop is face to face at New Horizons.
