Getting a Good Night’s Sleep

Sleep is an important part of our health and wellbeing, and not getting enough of it can lead to difficulties in our day to day lives. This interactive workshop will help you to understand the importance of sleep for our mind and body, as well as discussing hints and tips along the way.

This group will be held from 1-2pm on Thurs 9th March.

This workshop is online via Microsoft Teams.
