Improving Self-Esteem

This 3-week course focuses on tools, techniques & activities you can try to improve your confidence & feel better about yourself. Attendance at all 3 sessions is advised to get the most out of the course as in-between session tasks are set for you to do. Please note each session is 90 mins long.
