Improving Self-Esteem

This three-week course will focus on the various tools, techniques and activities you can try to improve your confidence and feel better about yourself. Please be aware attendance at all 3 sessions is advised to get the most out of the course and there will be in-between session tasks set for you to complete. Please note each session is 90 mins long.

This course will run for 3 sessions of 90 mins each: 11.30am-1pm on Mon 7th November, 11.30am-1pm on Mon 14th November, and 11.30am-1pm on Mon 21st November.
