Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing
Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing – A 6-week course designed to support your recovery journey through gentle movement, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. This course offers a safe and inclusive space to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance physical and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to build resilience, improve sleep, or develop practical self-care tools, this course will help you reconnect with your body and mind while fostering a sense of calm and balance. Suitable for all abilities, this is a wonderful opportunity to focus on your wellbeing as part of your recovery.
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bring a water bottle for hydration. Mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
