Community Calm

This 8-week program follows a nature-based, peer-supported approach to benefit your wellbeing. Each session is held in a private area away from the general public. Join us for a cup of tea/coffee followed by an indoor nature-based arts session, run by an experienced art teacher, before moving outside to a closed garden space to enjoy wildlife observations or light gardening and an optional walk. Each session ends with a group wellbeing circle where sharing is optional.
