Carers – Managing Anxiety
In this presentation from our Carer Support Worker, we’ll discuss what anxiety is and how we can handle it in a way that is kind to ourselves. We’ll look at how anxiety manifests and what we can do to mitigate it, from simple breathing exercises all the way up to noticing and challenging our anxious thoughts.
