Building Your Mental Health

In this interactive workshop we will explore practical and emotional ways to help build up your mental health, including time for everyone to share their own ideas and learn from each other’s experiences.

This session is 90mins long and will take place from 2.30 – 4pm on Thurs 23rd May.

This group will be Face to Face at New Horizons.
