Vinyasa yoga is a movement flow practice. It places awareness on the flow of the breath and movement of the body, connecting body, mind and soul. Vinyasa yoga is designed to create a balance between strength and flexibility. Expect to lift your stress away. Use of meditation and mindfulness techniques aids concentration, improves general mental wellbeing and helps re-balance and re-centre. All levels from complete beginners to advanced are welcome! Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to hydrate! Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided, but you can bring your own if you wish.
