Transitions Pathway: Self-Care and Confidence
Looking after ourselves is one of the most important things we can do! Come along to this group to learn about make time for self-care, discover our strengths, and feel more confident.
This group is part of the new Transitions pathway within Hope College. To learn more about the Transitions team and their services, speak to any Hope College staff or your CMHT psychiatrist.
This workshop will take place on Thurs 29th June at 2-3pm.
