Transitions Pathway: Living Independently
This two-part group is about developing the skills you need to live independently. Part one will cover practical tips like making a routine, while part two is about building your emotional resilience. Come along to learn from others and share your own knowledge too! Please note each session is 90 mins long.
This group is part of the new Transitions pathway within Hope College. To learn more about the Transitions team and their services, speak to any Hope College staff or your CMHT psychiatrist.
This group will take place over 2 sessions, from 10-11.30am on Friday 21st July and Friday 28th July.
