Recognising Your Own Strengths
We all have many strengths whether that be having a sense of humour, perseverance or kindness, everyone has different strengths, and this workshop focuses on the importance of identifying these strengths and how we can use these to benefit our mental health. If you are interested to find out more about your strengths, this workshop is for you!
