Managing Anxiety and Panic

This workshop will focus on developing your skills in managing anxiety and panic and will include techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness and graded exposure. Please note this group will be 90 mins.

This 90 min group will be held from 1-2.30pm on Weds 9th November.

This group will be Face to Face at New Horizons.
