Hearing Voices Group

This group will run over a series of three sessions, bringing together those who have experience of hearing voices and the meaning people have taken from these experiences. This will enable people to consider how they are currently living with their voices and explore different ways of relating to them. Within the group, there will be an opportunity to share experiences and to think about ways that voice hearing can be discussed with friends and family. We strongly encourage all students to commit to attending all three weekly groups.
