Gain Confidence with Food Shopping

Supermarkets can often be very overwhelming environments, and a great source of stress for many people when doing their weekly food shop. These two interactive workshops will support people to plan ahead for their trip to the supermarket and offers live interactive support within a supermarket environment . Please note that session 2 will take place in Sainsburys, Uxbridge Road, Slough (further details will be provided).
