Ethnic Diversity and Mental Health

This three week course will help you learn skills on how to deal with issues that are unique to individuals from ethnic minority groups. We will be focussing on how things like culture, religion, and where our ancestors come from can impact our mental wellbeing and how we can work to remedy these effects.

This session will be held across three sessions from 2-3pm on Thursday 30th March, 6th April, and 13th April.

This workshop is Face to Face at New Horizons.

After you complete the course please take a few minutes to fill out our course evaluation, which can be found here. This short questionnaire really helps us develop and improve our workshops. Thank you for your help!
