Dancing to Wellbeing

Dancing is a great way to improve both mental and physical health. The inclusion of stretching promotes flexibility and mindfulness and will be used to teach body awareness to promote mental wellbeing. This group class is going to be a safe place where everyone with different abilities can come together to participate in a fun dance routine, to a pop song, to encourage movement as a healthy coping mechanism to alleviate stress and low mood as well as to build one’s self-esteem.

Dates: 2/11/2023, 9/11/2023, 16/11/2023, and 23/11/2023 (Thursday)

Time: 1:00pm –2:00pm
