Anger Management

This short course is an opportunity for participants to consider the different ways in which anger can influence how they relate to themselves and other people. There will be opportunity to discuss different ways of relating to anger and how to make more meaningful and creative use of anger in everyday life.

This session is 90mins and will take place from 2-3.30pm on Weds 18th Oct.

This group will be Face to Face at New Horizons.
